The September 11th attacks (also referred to as 9/11 attacks) were coordinated terrorist attacks which involved the highjacking and weaponization of four US commercial airplanes by the Islamic terrorist group al-Qaeda against the United States on the morning of Tuesday, September 11, 2001. The attacks resulted in:

Almost 3,000 fatalities
At least $10 billion in infrastructure and property damage, and business disruption.

This video curriculum is designed for high school students and focuses on the events of 9/11 and their impact on Massachusetts. It is broken onto four digestible sections with additional suggested talking points and questions.
