FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

You may be eligible to receive financial assistance from the Fund. Please review the following general guidelines:

You may be eligible to participate in the Fund if:

• You are a resident of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, states of Rhode Island or New Hampshire

• A family member* was killed or physically injured as a result of the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001

• You are a survivor of the direct terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001

• You have experienced financial hardship as a direct result of such death or physical injury.




*The following are generally considered as family members: your spouse, your children, your siblings, your parents, and, in certain circumstances - your domestic partner and/or your former spouse.
