Social Work Coordinator - Diane Nealon, LICSW.(617) 482-8156Ms. Nealon is responsible for program development and oversight, mental health referrals and limited case management, and serves a liaison between family members and the Fund. Administrative Coordinator – Erica Cabag.(617) 482-8156Ms. Cabag is responsible for the daily smooth operation of the Fund. She coordinates projects including the Remembrance Book.
